🎃 Welcome to the Haunted Mansions ticketing reservation system. The ticket you purchase is valid only for the date and time-slot you select. The hour block time slot represents your arrival window, anytime within that hour. Once inside you may stay at the Mansions as long as you need. Buildings begin closing at midnight.
Tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours before your scheduled date. Refund requests made less than 48 hours before the ticket date will be declined, and tickets will not be refunded for weather.
Please print or screenshot your ticket on your phone and bring it directly to the ticket booth to receive your wristband, which is required for entry into the houses.
