Welcome to Haunted Mansions ticketing reservation system. The ticket you purchase is only valid for the date and time-slot you purchase. THE HOUR BLOCK TIME SLOT IS YOUR ARRIVAL TIME (anytime within that hour). YOU CAN STAY AT THE MANSIONS AS LONG AS YOU NEED.
Tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours before ticket date. Refunds requested less than 48 hours before the ticket date will be declined. Tickets will not be refunded for weather.
Print or screenshot your ticket on your phone and bring it directly to the ticket booth for your wristband. Must have wristband to enter houses!!!
